NATURE WALKS & HIKES VICTORIA
Nature trax connects people to nature in the Ovens Murray region of Victoria through nature walks and hikes.
We lead nature walks and hikes at State and National Parks and Reserves throughout the Ovens Murray region. These walks/ hikes are graded 1-3 and up to 10 kms or 1-3 hours in length
We have three types of trips:
1. Day Trips (8:15am - 4pm)
A full day in one of the region's national parks, with two to four walks and time to take it all in.
2. Half Day Trips (9am - 1pm)
One or two easy or medium walks. A morning outdoors, home for lunch.
3. Custom Trips
Designed around your group: a number of short walks or one big walk, anywhere in the Ovens Murray region. We can link in a local cafe, restaurant or winery. It's up to you.

Mt Buffalo

Ladies Bath and Eurobin Falls Walk (1.3 kms/ Grade 2/ 30m)

Climb to 1,723 m for breathtaking 360° panoramas
Mt Beauty/ Falls Creek / Alpine National Park

This is a full day trip including two short walks, and a medium walk in Alpine National Park
Wallace Hut - Cope Hut Heritage Trail (6kms/ Grade 2/ 2.5hrs)
Interpretive path through historic cattlemen's huts (including the iconic 1889 Wallace Hut), blooming wildflower meadows in season, and panoramic views across the Bogong High Plains
Fainter Falls Walk (1.5 kms/ Grade 1/ 27m)
Easy trail to spectacular serene cascades with viewing platforms, surrounded by beautiful bushland just before Falls Creek
Clover Arboretum
Clover Arboretum is a small, peaceful historic arboretum in Alpine National Park near Mount Beauty. Located on the site of the former Clover South village built in the 1940s for Kiewa Hydro-Electric Scheme workers, now featuring mature exotic trees, stone terraces and pathways.
